It appears that the criminal formerly known as "Kokor Hekkus" was born on Alphanor in the year 1046. We have not yet established the exact date but this is just a matter of time. His birth name was William Jaeger Strickman. He was apparently over 450 years old when he died (see the autopsy report by R. Thymms, document id: 7668-KSW-099/11009S).

Jiroman Kitzhel

- Confidential memo from Jiroman Kitzhel, researching the ancestry of Kokor Hekkus. It is unclear why this information was not already known to the Institute as they had a vivid interest in Hekkus's business.

Personal note by Finn: It could be that by "leaking" this memo, the Institute is making available (parts?) of their file on Kokor Hekkus.
