Falushe's true face...
Personal entry:
Today I was able to buy a remarkable piece of contemporary art: a supposed portrait of the late Viole Falushe, a.k.a. Vogel Filschner. The piece is from the hand of an unknown artist. The technique used is holographic photo with distorted field print on natural canvas.
The piece is roughly 50cm wide and 70cm high and was bought in a round leather casing with no specific markings. The face, although not clearly visible due to the distortion used, is that of a handsome looking man in probably his early forties although this is hard to estimate given the possibilities of modern cosmetic surgery. It has an intense expression with deep lying, piercing eyes and thick, dark hair. The mouth appears to be thin, almost with a vengeance...
The piece is not dated. I'm fairly sure, given the source of the purchase, that this is actually a portrait of the famous Demon Prince, former owner and founder of the Palace of Love.
