The nemesis and the face

The nemesis of the Demon Princes, a man with many, many names... and maybe even more faces. Who is he? What is his background? Where does he live? What was his grieve with these powerful masters of crime that he went on his one man crusade? And finished the job....

Obviously one would like to make him tangible... make him a real person... We were offered a picture of the man who - supposedly single handed - brought down all five Demon Princes. His name? We're still in the dark... Our source? Unknown. Just a picture with the words: "He killed them... all five of the Princes".

For now, the reader has to be satisfied with just the face of the man who supposedly killed Attel Malagate, Kokor Hekkus, Viole Falushe, Lens Larque and Howard Alan Treesong...

With a curriculum like that you might ask yourself... Do I want to know more?

The face of Lens Larque can be seen by anybody with the price of a ticket to the planet Methel while intellectual property law prevents us from seeing his assassin. The ultimate irony.

Thanks you for your comments. They were passed on to Timmo Ysbrandt, chief editor of The Tribune. His reply was:

"The Tribune is currently investigating the source of the picture and understands the interest of the general public. Pending this investigation, we indeed need to respect existing rights.

By the way, it is our understanding that work is underway to correct the surface of Shanitra. Given the wealth of the Methlens, the current disfigurement is an itch they can easily scratch. If you do want to see the face of Larque, you must be swift!"

Ah, but for the Methlens, there is still the question of ownership. After all Lens Larque's company still owns the mining rights to the surface of Shanitra. For some reason the company, which is base on Dar Sai, seems reluctant to give up its rights or to do anything about it. The majority, who oddly enough is not Darsh, was heard to mutter something about alien faces hanging over garden walls.

Agreed. But Methlens are stubborn... and wealthy. Lets see what happens in the near future with the face of Shanitra.
